Not to be outdone by their Queensland counterparts, team mates from different departments at AE Smith Melbourne endured darkening skies and cold weather to complete a 12 week pilot Team Fitness Program.

Led by personal trainer Stu Livingstone of Corporate Strength Inc, all participants found the activity rewarding with many commenting that in addition to the natural benefits of regular physical activity, the Team Fitness Program was a great way to get to know others from outside their normal circle of AE Smith friends.

The majority of participants also improved their fitness, strength and endurance with some proudly loosing up to 7kg of weight!

The success of the pilot has seen the number of willing participants swell to 20 for the 2nd Team Fitness Program starting in 2 weeks.
