| The contract, which represents the division’s top 10% customer priority, will see the team responsible for ensuring the all important air quality is up to scratch at the bakery’s major production facility on the Gold Coast. Gold Coast Service General Manager, Jeff Robinson says a high maintenance profile on the site is mandatory, as the majority of air conditioning equipment is comprised of roof-mounted evaporative coolers. Regular anti-bacterial dosing of the equipment will also be a necessary part of the monthly maintenance work, in recognition of the crucial role played by air quality in creating top quality bread. |
