CSP is initiated, scheduled, administered, monitored and updated by AE Smith. The service activities are directed and scheduled on a regular basis, by our proprietary equipment maintenance scheduling system based on manufacturers' recommendations, equipment location, application, type, run time, and the extensive experience of AE Smith.
You will be kept informed of the program's progress and results on a continuing basis via a detailed Service Report, presented after each service call for your review, approval signature and record.
