| AE Smith have gone live with a multi-site Building Management System for their offices in Melbourne and Sydney – highlighting
to customers how Building Technologies can help sites become networked. The new BMS installed not only provides state-of-the-art technology to monitor, benchmark, record and create energy efficiencies – it also allows heating, cooling and ventilation to be controlled via the web for other properties in different locations. Housed in Melbourne, the BMS also controls the Sydney office – and the Brisbane office will also come on-line shortly. “What better way to demonstrate to our customers how to maximise controls and building technologies than by doing it for our own properties,” says AE Smith Building Technologies Commissioning Technician, Lee Jones who helped deliver the project. Controls for each building can also be accessed via the internet thanks to specially created web based technology. “This technology really suits someone who has a property portfolio spread across a variety of locations,” adds Building Technologies General Manager, Adam Bek. |
