| This month marks 30 years of service for AE Smith’s Mark Lovelady. Some marriages don’t even last that long... but Mark puts the success of the relationship down to the positive and open management style of the company. “The support within AE Smith is pretty special,” he comments. Starting as an apprentice in 1977, Mark has worked his way through a host of roles to become General Manager first in Townsville back in 2000 and now AE Smith Service in Brisbane as of 2007. |
