| AE Smith’s pro bono community support of Ronald McDonald House (RMH) nationally expands with AE Smith partnering RMH in Sydney Already providing pro bono air conditioning and mechanical service to RMH Monash, Perth and Townsville, AE Smith Sydney General Manager, Matthew Steele said he and his team are delighted to also now partner RMH Westmead. “The House is a 'home away from home' for families from country and regional areas whose children are being treated at the Children's Hospital at Westmead,” said Adrienne Pearson, General Manager of RMH Westmead. “We have been so impressed with AE Smith and in particular Adam Gray, their young service technician. I don’t know exactly what he did, but whatever it was, they have made a world of difference!” adds Adrienne. “When Adam showed me how dirty the air filters were, I was shocked. It was clear they hadn't been inspected or changed in long time. As soon as Adam fixed them our families noticed the difference straight away. One family suffers from asthma and interestingly they only ever used their puffers when they stayed at Westmead. But after AE Smith started servicing our air conditioning system properly, they haven’t had to use their puffers at all! We are so happy,” said Simone. Daher, House Manager at RMH Westmead.
