The Mater Misericordiae Hospital Mackay is a state of the art facility for the Mackay community owned and operated by the Sisters of Mercy. The Mater Hospital employs in excess of three hundred staff who work together as a team delivering patient care and with approximately 100 private medical practitioners within the Mackay community.

Air conditioning of new hospital. System was to provide chilled water to 38 fan coil units serving wards, 4 operating theatres, x-ray facilities and associated support facilities such as chemist, physiotherapy and special suites. Building is managed through a DDC control system which is currently maintained by AE Smith.
