Parliament Passes Building Efficiency Disclosure Bill

| The Senate passed legislation today requiring owners of commercial office buildings to disclose energy efficiency performance data to prospective buyers and tenants. The requirement of the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Bill will apply when office space covering 2,000 sqm or more is offered for sale, lease or sublease.
