| AE Smith have developed a "National Training Achievement Award" to recognise and reward the efforts of the company's apprentices. Apprentices from around the country are encouraged to enter, with assessment focused on their academic performance over the past 12 months and potential for professional development within AE Smith. Five state finalists were evaluated for this year's award, with the Victorian finalist Adam Ziino named the National Apprentice of the Year and awarded a cash bonus of $1000 plus a perpetual trophy. |
