| Steve is a long serving member of the AE Smith team with more than 25 years experience in the two largest AE Smith offices. Promoted in 2012 to the role of National General Manager Construction, Steve’s progression through the ranks has seen him play pivotal roles in both Victoria and Queensland AE Smith offices. As Project Manager and later Construction Manager, Steve has undertaken many projects of varying scope but specialises in the delivery of complex hospital projects across metropolitan and regional Queensland. As leader, Steve has spent considerable time and effort mentoring key staff with focus on team building and strengthening working relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. |
