| "The amazing drumming session translated into a very tangible increase in energy levels and new ways to communicate in our usual, every day workplace", reflects Andrew. "Team work and communicating detail and information is so important to completing projects at AE Smith - and it's important to open people's minds up to new techniques". While innovative training methods have become the signature style of AE Smith's Brisbane office, the tantalizing effect the activities have on morale is also a key outcome. "We don't tangibly measure morale, but you can just tell by walking through our office that there's a buzz in the air", comments Andrew.
