The Company recognises that the safety and welfare of its employees is of paramount importance. This policy is our stated intention to identify and eliminate risks and hazards in the workplace. Our Company has adopted a Safety 1st approach in all operations and is committed to a Zero Harm outcome for all parties.

This policy will be implemented through a Workplace Health & Safety Management System (WHSMS) that is targeted at the elimination of risk. Our Company will ensure that all legislative requirements are met and that the WHSMS is maintained current through regular education and review.
Company employees at all levels are responsible for the leadership in the Company Safety 1st approach.
This Policy and the WHSMS will be introduced to all staff and contractors through a program of induction and continuous education, and will be made available at every Company location as an integral component of all business activities.
All employees will be required to understand and comply with the Policy and WHSMS and to deliver the intent and the benefit to all business partners in the pursuit of the Company Zero Harm target.
To this end, no project or works of any nature, regardless of size, location or perceived urgency will commence before the appropriate risk assessment and mitigation process has been undertaken.
It is the responsibility of every employee to ensure that there is no compromise to the welfare of any individual or family as a result of a WHS incident.
We must believe that every injury is preventable and act accordingly.
